腰椎间盘突出症的CT诊断

本文对80例腰椎间盘突出症作 CT 扫描检查和手术探查,证明 CT 诊断腰椎间盘突出症的正确率是88.5%.CT 分辨率高,能提供腰椎间盘突出症,或同时合并有腰椎管侧隐窝狭窄时的各种横断图象,有助于确定病变的准确部位,类型,大小和范围,使外科手术治疗更为精确,有效和彻底。

THE COMPUTED TOMOGRAPHY IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF HERNIATED LUMBAR DISC

80cases of lumbar disc protrusion were inspected by means of CT scan and an operative exploration was performed.In this study,an attempt was made to evaluate the value of CT in the diagnosis of the herniated lumbar dise by an analysis of the image of the computereized tomography scan in comparison with surgical findings,The result demon- strated the rate of accuracy of CT diagnosis for lumbar disc herniation being 85.5 per cent. Since CT has a high resolving power and provide the features of the transverse sections for lumbar disc protrussion,lumbar spinal canal stenosis and lateral recess stenosis,it is possi- ble to accurately determine the location,type,dimensions and range of spinal disease,thus allowing the selection of accurate,effective and radical surgical procedures.
