新生儿窒息血中脂质过氧化物浓度、超氧化物歧化酶活力变化及脂质过氧化物与pH值的相关性测定

摘    要:观察血中自由基、自由基清除剂以及血中脂质过氧化物与pH值之间的相关性,探讨新生儿窒息时脑损伤的发病机理,预测预后.结果表明,自由基和脂质过氧化物参与新生儿窒息时脑损害的发生,超氧化物歧化酶在抗氧化过程中起着重要作用,自由基与血pH值结合,对判断窒息程度、估计预后提供有益的实验依据.

Abstract:To investigate the pathogenesis of brain damage and expection of the prognosis during asphyxia, the blood free radical, its scavenger and their correlation with blood pH were observed.The results showed that free radical and lipid peroxide were involued in the brain damege during asphyxia, and superoxide dismutase played an very important role in the anti oxidation. The determination of blood free radical and its corrrelation with blood pH is helpful to judge the degree of asphyxia and prognoseis.
