高血压病并靶器官损害动态血压的变化

对１９９例高血压病患者（其中无靶器官损害者５１例，并靶器官损害者６８例）进行了２４小时动态血压监测（ＡＢＰＭ），结果显示，无靶器官损伤者血压流动曲线与正常人相似，基本呈“勺型者”（ｄｉｐｐｅｒ）心脑器官损害者的ｎＳＢＰ，ｎＤＢＰ及ｎＳＢＰ／ｎＳＢＰ，ｎＤＢＰ／ｄＤＢＰ较无靶器官损害者明显增高，有显著性或高度显著性差异（Ｐ〈０．０５，Ｐ〈０．０１）。肾脏损害者其２４ｈＳＢＰ，２４ｈＤＢＰ，ｄＳＢＰ，

THE CHANGES OF AMBULATORY BLOOD PRESSURE IN PATIENTS WITH ESSENTIAL HYPERTENSION AND TARGET ORAN DAMAGE

One hundred and nineteen cases of essential hypertension (51 cases had no target organ damage,68 cases had target organ damage) underwent 24 hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM).The results showed that the blood pressure wave curve of the patients without target organ damage was similar to that of the normal persons.It appeared to be dipper.The nSBP,nDBP and nSBP/dSBP,nDBP/dDBP of the patients with heart,brain organ damage were significantly increased (P<0.05,P<0.01)and the 24 hour SBP,24 hour DBP,dSBP,dDBP,nDBP,nSBP/dSBP,nDBP/dDBP of the patients with kidney damage were markedly increased (p<0.05,p<0.01) when compared with those of the patients without target organ damage.The paper showed that the average value of ambulatory blood pressure and disorder of blood pressure circadian rhythms might be good forecast factors of the patients with heart,brain,kidney target organ damage.
