C－erbB－2表达对乳腺浸润性导管癌预后的预测

应用单克隆抗体Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２肿瘤蛋白及免疫组化（ＬＳＡＢ）法，对８４例乳腺浸润性导管癌作Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２癌基因蛋白产物表达（简称Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２表达）检测并与随诊资料进行比较分析，结果（１）Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２在本组病例的表达率为５５．９％（４７／８４）。（２）Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２表达与肿瘤的ＴＮＭ分期、复发／远必转移、５ａ生存率无相关性（Ｐ＞０．０５）、而仅与腋淋巴结转移状况和２ａ死亡率有关（Ｐ＜０．００５及Ｐ＜０．０５）。（３）有／无淋巴结转移病例的Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２表达与患者的预后均无关（Ｐ＞０．７５）。结果提示Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２表达不宜作为乳腺浸润性导管癌的预后指标。

THE RESEARCH ON RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MENOPAUSAL SYNDROMES AND HEMORRHEOLOGY

ccording to the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),the occurrence of menopausal syndromes(MS)is believed to be closely related to failure of the functions of zang and fu organs,thus methods of tonifying deficiency were applied in clinical treatment of MS.In order to explore the relationship between MS and hemorrheology changes,the author,in accordance with the pattern identification of Chinese medicine,divided 40 females with MS into two groups: yang deficiency of spleen and kidney and the yin deficiency of liver and kidney.Twenty females without MS were served as the control group.Five indexes of hemorrheology were analyzed by a capillary viscometer with microcomputer.It was shown that the whole blood viscosity,aggregation index of red blood cell and packed cell volume in the group of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney were much less than in the group of yin deficiency of liver and kidney.The results provided objective indexes for identifying different types of MS in accordance with the pattem identification of Chinese medicine,and were significant for considering how to treat MS with Chinese medicine.
