腰椎间盘突出症手术治疗体会

目的总结腰椎间盘突出症的手术方法和治疗效果。方法从1988年6月至2004年8月,共手术治疗150例,其中L4￣5102例,L5￣S136例,L3￣412例,同时两个椎间盘突出6例。手术采用全椎板切除36例,半椎板切除90例,开窗24例。结果经半年至3年随访,优132例,良15例,差3例。结论手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症可取得满意的临床疗效,临床表现结合MRI和CT或CTM检查是诊断腰椎间盘突出的重要手段,重视侧隐窝的减压与疗效密切相关。

Analysis of lubar intervertebral disc protrusion by operation

Objective To summarize the operative methods and treatment results of lubar intervertebral disc protrusion . Methods From June 1988 to August 2004, were operated treatment 150 cases, L4/5 102 cases,L5/S1 36 cases, L3/4 12 cases, two lubar intervertebral disc protrusion in 6 cases, whole of laminectomy 36 cases, half of laminectomy 90 cases, window casement lamina of vertebral arch 24 cases. Results The patients were followed up from half to 3 years, The results were excellent in 132 cases, good in 15 cases, poor in 3 cases. The excellent and good results were 98%. Conclusion To acquire satisfied treatment results of lubar intervertebral disc protrusion , Clinic history and neurological examination associated with MRI and CT and CTM was the important means of the diagnosis of the lubar intervertebral disc protrusion,To carefully relation with lateral crypt of decompression and treatment results.
