充血性心力衰竭与心理评估关系

目的:研究充血性心力衰竭(CHF) NYHA心功能与焦虑抑郁心理障碍发生的相关性。方法:选择住院CHF患者5 9例,NYHA心功能 级15例, 级31例, 级13例,抗心力衰竭治疗前后均用焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行评分。30例健康者为对照组进行比较。结果:SAS与SDS评分,1CHF心功能各组治疗前与对照组比较(P<0 .0 5 ) ;2各组治疗前后比较(P<0 .0 5 ) ;3心功能 级～ 级组治疗后与对照组比较(P<0 .0 5 )。结论:CHF患者存在不同程度的焦虑抑郁心理障碍,心功能愈差,焦虑抑郁程度愈重。治疗后仍存在一定程度的焦虑抑郁心理障碍,值得临床医师关注。

Prevalence of Depression and Anxiety in Congestive Geart Failure

Objective This study were to examine th e prevalence of depression and anxiety in hospitalized congestive heart failure(CH F).Methods A consecutive sample of 59 inpatients of longgang Centr al Hospital were systematically screened for depression and anxiety using the SA S and SDS Schedule before and after treatment.30 normal subjects as control. Results patients with congestive heart failure had higher scores than control subjects(P<0.05).So do patients with NYHA cardiac funct ion Ⅲ~Ⅳ after treatment.There are signifⅡicant of SAS and SDS Schedule in eac h group of different NYHA cardiac function after therapy.(P<0.0 5).Conclusion These findings are of concern and have important imp lications for the diagnosis and treatment of depression and anxiety in these pat ients with congestive heart failure.
