针刺治疗青春期精神分裂症的临床研究

目的：探讨针刺加小剂量抗精神病药物对青春期精神分裂症的疗效.方法：48例青春期精神分裂症患者随机分为针刺加小剂量抗精神病药物治疗组和单纯针刺对照组A、单纯传统抗精神病药物对照组B.以简明精神病评定量表（BPRS）、阳性症状评定量表（SAPS）、阴性症状评定量表（SANS）、不良反应量表（TESS）及精神病临床疗效判定标准进行综合评定.结果：治疗后治疗组BPRS、SAPS、SANS量表总分,各因子分及疗效与两对照组有非常显著性差异,P＜0.01,TESS量表评定治疗组与对照组B有非常显著性差异,P＜0.01.结论：针刺加小剂量抗精神病药物治疗青春期精神分裂症具有较好的疗效.

Clinical study on the hebetic schizophrenia by acupuncture

Purpose To search for curative effect of the hebetic schizophrenia by acupuncture and little dose chlorpromazine.Methods 48 patients were randomly devided into treatment group(n=16)treated with acupuncture and little dose antipsychotic drugs,others are seperated into routine acupuncture control group A(n=16) and antischizophrenia drugs control group B(n=16).The results were estimated by BPRS,SAPS,SANS,TESS and clinical effect.Results There were significant differences intotal treatment group compared with the 2 control groups,P<0.01,with the treatment group being superior to the 2 control groups,P<0.01.Conclusion The acupuncture and little dose chlorpromazine has a better therapeutic effect than routine acupuncture and antischizophrenia drugs on hebetic schizophrenia.
