羊栖菜Sargassum fusiform化学成分的研究

摘    要:从南澳岛海藻羊栖菜Sargassum fusiform(Harv.)Setch中分离到3个化合物,经化学方法和IR、NMR、MS等现代波谱分析,确定它们的结构分别为2,4-dihydroxy-2,6-trimethyl-△~(1,α)-cyclohexaneacetic-r-lactone(1)、saringosterol(2)、雪松醇(3)。

Abstract:Three compounds have been isolated from Sargassum fusiform collected from nanao island. Based on the spectral data and elemental analysis, they were identified as 2,4-dihydroxy-2,6-trimethyl-delta 1,alpha-cyclohexaneacetic-r-lactone, saringosterol and cedrol.
