摘    要:目的探讨多层螺旋CT三维重建在诊断茎突综合征中的临床应用价值。方法对65例临床疑为茎突综合征的患者进行多层螺旋CT扫描,并进行三维图像后处理,然后测得茎突的长度、内倾角和前倾角。结果多层螺旋CT三维图像能清晰地显示茎突长度、大小、形态、走向及其与周围结构的关系。结论多层螺旋CT三维重建图像是最佳显示茎突的影像学检查方法,能为临床诊断提供更为丰富的信息,对术前准备有极高的参考价值。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional (3D) reconstruction in the diagnosis of styloid process syndrome. Methods The 65 patients with suspected styloid process syndrome underwent multi-slice spiral CT scanning and 3D image post-processing, and the length and oblique angle styloid were measured. Results Multi-slice spiral CT 3D images can clearly show the styloid length, size, shape, direction and the relationship with the surrounding structures. Conclusions 3D reconstructed image can be best displayed styloid process of the image, in order to provide a more extensive clinical information and preoperative preparation of the very high reference value.
