胰腺癌中医证候分析

目的:了解目前中医对胰腺癌中医证候的认识,寻找其规律,为进一步临床研究提供理论依据。方法:采用计算机检索与人工检索结合的方法,对胰腺癌中医证候进行文献分析,数据应用Frequencie法进行处理。结果:按照入选标准和排除标准,共纳入26篇论文和25本专著,分析结果显示多认为胰腺癌为实证;常见类型为气滞血瘀证、湿热蕴结/湿热毒蕴证、脾虚湿热/湿困、阴虚(含阴虚内热、气阴两虚);多认为病位在脾(脾胃)、其次为肝(肝胆);病理因素以湿和瘀血多见。结论:目前对胰腺癌中医证候的证型研究尚属初始阶段,在今后的实践中,有必要展开大样本的中医证候调查。

Analyzing the TCM syndromes of pancreatic cancer

Objective: Understanding pancreatic cancer’syndromes in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and its regular pattern and provide a theoretical basis for further clinical study.Methods: This study adopt the methods of literature analysis on TCM syndromes of pancreatic cancer by using the computer retrieval and artificial retrieval.The data was analyzed by Frequencie.Results: The study included 26 papers and 25 books according to the criteria and exclusion standard.The results show that most experts think pancreatic cancer is excess syndrome,inclunding Qi stagnation and blood stasis,stagnation of damp-heat/ retention of damp-heat,spleen deficiency and dampness-heat/ stagnation of dampness and yin deficiency(include yin deficiency inner heat and deficiency of both qi and yin).Most experts think the location of pancreatic cancer is spleen(spleen and stomach),other experts think is liver(liver and gallbladder).Blood stasis and dampness are the pathological products of pancreatic cancer.Conclusion: The present research of TCM syndrome of pancreatic cancer is still in the initial stage.It is necessary to investigate TCM syndrome differentiation of pancreatic cancer.
