集中推荐筛查法提高肺结核发现率效果分析

目的分析总结集中推荐肺结核病例发现方法。方法培训乡村医生,普及结核病防治知识,由乡村医生上门调查,推荐有肺结核可疑症状者到乡卫生院免费检查。结果共培训乡村医务人员546人。推荐可疑者胸透并作PPD试验者2105人,发现肺结核病人53例,其中22例为涂阳患者,发现病例数占全县新登记病人数的15.68%(53/338),该研究覆盖全县人口的82.7%。结论该措施能提高农村地区的肺结核病人的发现率,可以作为因症求诊发现方式的补充。

Analysis on effect of increasing the detection rate of TB patients by screening and concertrated recommendation

Objective Totest the method of finding tuberculosis cases by concerntrated recommendation.Methods Country doctors were trained with community sanitary system,popularized with the common sense of preventing and curing tuberculosis.They were asked to recommended the suspicious case of tuberculosis among their objects to take free physical examination while they investigation at their homes.Results 546 Medical staff were trained,among 2105 suspects recommended 53 tuberculosis case with 22 positive smear cases were detected.The case detected in this this inspection accounted for 15.68% of the new regstered cases of the whole district.The research covered 82.7% of the populotion of the whole district.ConclusionThis method can actually help to increase the perceptible rate of cases.
