糖尿病前期焦虑心理与糖尿病早期发现及其生活质量的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨糖尿病前期焦虑心理与糖尿病早期发现及其生活质量的影响。方法:选取2013年1月~2014年3月我院收治空腹血糖异常或者葡萄糖耐受量减少的患者105例为观察组,并选择同期正常人105例为对照组,对比两组的HAMA评分情况,并探讨焦虑与患者血糖水平、生活质量的相关性。结果:观察组HAMA评分显著高于对照组(t=38.129,P=0.000);经Pearson相关性分析,HAMA评分和HbA1c基线、6个月后的HbA1c呈负相关(P<0.05);经Logistic回归多元分析,HAMA评分与HbA1c基线、6个月后的HbA1c、精神健康、生理职能、情感职能、活力呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:评估糖尿病前期患者焦虑情绪有利于及早发现糖尿病,并给予适当干预,降低糖尿病的发生率。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate effect of Pre-diabetic state patients`anxiety on diabetes early detection and its quality of life. Methods:105 patients of impaired fasting glucose or glucose tolerance from 2013 January to 2014 March in our hospital were selected and 105 cases of healthy people.HAMA scores of observation group and control group was compared and the correlation between anxiety and patient blood glucose level, quality of life were investigated. Results:HAMA score of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (t=38.129,P=0.000). HAMA score was negatively correlated with HbA1c baseline, 6 months -HbA1c by the Pearson correlation analysis (P<0.05).HAMA scores were negatively correlated with HbA1c, mental health, physical function, emotional function, activity a by the logistics analysis (P<0.05).Conclusion:To evaluate the anxiety of pre-diabetes patients is conducive to early detection of diabetes,and then appropriate intervention are given and it can reduce the incidence rate of diabetes.
