| 摘 要： | 目的：对孕三烯酮和米非司酮联合应用于子宫内膜异位症治疗中的临床效果进行分析，并加以总结。方法：选取我院2013年7月～2014年7月共收治的60例子宫内膜异位症患者，随机分为治疗组与对照组。两组均给予孕三烯酮口服治疗，在此基础上治疗组加用米非司酮，两组患者均治疗12周。结果：在总有效率方面，治疗组远远高出对照组，两组比较存在统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论：在子宫内膜异位症患者的治疗中，采用孕三烯酮和米非司酮联合治疗的方案，效果显著。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the cost of pharmaceutical economics effect on pregnant three ketene and mifepristone used in the treatment of endometriosis, and to sum up. Methods: 60 cases of endometriosis in our hospital from 2013 July to 2014 were selected from July, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The two groups were given pregnant three ketene oral therapy, on the basis of the treatment group with mifepristone, both were treated for 12 weeks. Results:In the total efficiency, the treatment group is much higher than the reference group, two groups of comparisons are statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with endometriosis, using pregnant three ketene and mifepristone treatment scheme, the effect is remarkable. |
