| 摘 要： | 目的对慢性肝脏疾病患者肝组织中螺杆菌(Hp)基因16SrRNA进行检测,了解慢性肝脏疾病患者肝组织中Hp感染状况,进一步揭示Hp感染与慢性肝脏疾病的关系。方法(1)收集肝穿活检和手术治疗肝脏组织标本,其中正常人、慢性肝炎、肝硬化、肝癌患者肝组织各30例,经病理证实。(2)应用PCR扩增Hp16SrRNA基因及测定序列。结果肝组织16SrRNA基因PCR扩增产物经1%琼脂糖凝胶电泳,于紫外检测仪下均可见16SrRNA基因阳性扩增带为109bp;18例原发性肝癌标本检出Hp16SrRNA基因,阳性率60.0%;14例肝硬化标本检出检出Hp16SrRNA基因,阳性率47%;正常人、慢性肝炎组均无检出检出Hp16SrRNA基因。肝组织螺杆菌16SrRNA测序对比分析,与Hp16SrRNA片段的基因有98.8%同源性。结论慢性肝脏疾病患者肝组织中存在Hp,Hp感染与肝癌可能存在相关性。 |
