下颌骨髁状突骨折临床治疗方法探讨

目的讨论各种下颌骨髁状突骨折的治疗方法及评价其治疗效果.方法我科自1992，年以来共收治42例下颌骨髁状突骨折的患者，根据临床症状和各项辅助检查结果采取不同的治疗手段，术后追踪3月～12月，观察患者的术后疗效.结果42例患者35例治愈，5例好转，2例因拒治、自动出院未愈.经术后3、6、12月定期复诊检查40例经治疗者面部形态正常，咬牙合关系恢复良好，可正常行使口腔功能，开口度平均≥3.5cm，开口型正常，无干扰，无关节区疼痛、弹响。结论正确选择治疗方法是治疗各类下颌骨髁状突骨折并取得满意疗效的关键.

Study on ClinicalTreatment Method of the Fracture of Mandibular Condyle

Objective: To study the clinical treatment methods of the fracture of mandibular condyle and evaluate their curative effects. Methods: 42 cases of fracture of mandibular condyle in our department were studied from 1992 to 1999. They were divided into surgical and non-surgical groups and their curative effects were followed up for 3 to 12 months. Results: 35 cases were healed and 5 cases were better. 2 cases refused the treatment. The facial figure and occlusion relationship of 40 cases were recovered and their oral functions were normal. Conclusion: The key point of treatment of the fracture of mandibular condyle might be chosen in correct methods.
