| 摘 要： | 学科建设和科研发展是实现科教精医的重要手段和基础。文章根据上海浦东新区38所医院目前在学科建设和科研发展的调查结果，提出了浦东新区卫生科技学科建设和科研发展的3年策略行动方案。 |

| Abstract: | Research development and discipline building are important tools and basis of the scientific and educational development for health care prosperity (SEDHP).According to the survey on the current status and the future demand of research and discipline development in 38 hospitals of Pudong district,the authors proposed the three-year's action plan of the research development and discipline building in Pudong district. |
