| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年严重骨质疏松性转子间骨折治疗的方法及效果。方法高龄严重骨质疏松性股骨转子间骨折患者106例,均采用转子部骨折固定及全髋、半髋关节置换,术后进行骨质疏松治疗。结果106例均获得随访,时间6个月～3年6个月。骨密度测定:术前T值≤-2.5SD,术后T值≤1.5SD;视觉模拟评分(VAS):术前5.5～7(6.4±0.3)分,术后1年2.0～3.0(2.5±0.2)分;ADL日常能力评分:术前25～40(32.6±6.0)分,术后1年12～25(18.5±5.5)分;术前术后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。X线平片所见:骨折愈合良好,假体头臼匹配良好。按Harris评分:优83例,良17例,可6例,优良率为94.3%。结论对于年龄>70岁、患有严重骨质疏松的不稳定转子间骨折患者采用人工髋关节置换治疗是可行的,但同时需加强对骨质疏松的治疗才能获得良好效果。
