| 摘 要： | 对胃灵片中大黄总蒽醌的含量测定方法进行了研究。大黄总蒽醌采用醋酸镁比色法测定 ,以大黄酸的吸收系数计算含量 ,平均回收率为 10 1 6 % ,RSD =1 0 8%。

| Abstract: | The total anthraquinone of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei in Wei Lin tablets was determined by the magnesium acetate colorimetry and its content was accounted using the absorbance coefficient of rheic acid. Its average recovery is 101 6% and variation coefficient is 1 08%. |
