四川省3市社区妇幼健康服务需求调查分析

报道了四川省３市社区妇幼健康服务需求定量和定性调查结果。经分析讨论发现，社区健康服务符合人群的愿望；社区妇幼人群的主要健康问题除常见病外，还存在多方面问题；妇幼卫生服务尚不平衡；社区人群对健康知识需求较强；近年来母乳喂养工作较好，产前检查、婚前医学检查等服务群众满意度较高，住院分娩服务有待进一步加强。提出以下对策：加强和推行社区健康服务的宣传及机构建立工作；妇幼保健专业机构应把建立社区健康服务作为重要任务，深入社区健全妇幼卫生网底；社区妇幼健康服务优先领域应是社区健康服务的基础工作，特别应加强健康教育工作；增加妇幼卫生经费的多渠道投入，提高服务利用率；各社区应有针对性的全面的开展妇幼卫生服务，加强服务的薄弱环节；巩固母乳喂养、婚前医学检查等工作成果，解决托幼机构儿童保健人员中存在的问题

Investigation and Analysis on the Requirement of MCH Service in Community in the Three Cities in Sichuan Province

おhe results of quantitative and qualitative analysis on the requirement of MCH service in community of the three cities of Sichuan province are reported in the paper.The results are shown as follows.Health service in community accord with the common aspiration of the people.Besides the common disease,there are also some questions in many ways for the women and children in the community.For example,the MCH service is still unbalance.The results show also that the people in community have a strong requirement for the health knowledge and are satisfied to the prenatal examination and pre marriage examination.But the service about delivery in hospital should be further strengthened.In order to make further developement the MCH cause some countermeasure were given out in the paper.The propaganda work on health service in community and the organizational construction should be strengthened.The work on setting up the health service in community should be taken as an important task for MCH professional organization.The outlay of MCH should be increased in many ways and the service utilization ratio should be raised.The achievement in breast feeding and prenatal examination should be strengthened.
