心电快速检查探头临床应用的初步报告

心电快速检查探头(急诊自检探头),采用电极一体化设计,使操作者能用普通心电图仪在较快的时间内(2～15s)录得病人典型的心电图以判断心脏电活动状态,为急诊、抢救赢得时间,为捕获猝死先兆——短暂快速型心律紊乱提供新的辅助手段.我们对30例心律紊乱住院病人检测,症状明显时进行,每人3～8次,及时捕获短暂定性心动过速3例.

Clinical application of a new ECG electrode for rapid examination

The ECG electrode for rapid examination ( emergency-examination-self electrode ) was composed of three electrodes and an anti-interference circuit to be merged into an organic whole. Typical ECG of patients could be recorded quickly by the electrode connected with a common electrocardiograph within 2 to 15 seconds. It is advantageous to establish as quickly as possible the clinical diagnosis with the aid of the electroactivity of the heart, so that time may be gained for emergency treatmant. This electrode was a new auxiliary tool for catching short rapid arrhythmias-one of the indications of suddent death.
