| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨腔内隔绝术（ＥＶＧＥ）治疗降主动脉夹层动脉瘤（ＤＡＡ）的临床应用价值。方法 ２３例ＤｅｂａｋｅｙⅢ型ＤＡＡ患者，经股动脉将直形人造血管－支架复合体（移植物）导人夹层动脉瘤裂口处，支架张开使人造血管固定于裂口附近的动脉壁上，将裂口封闭，消除动脉瘤破裂的危险。结果 ３例术中出现内漏的病人，经即时附加导入移植物而将漏口封闭。全部获得成功。结论 ＥＶＧＥ治疗ＤＮＡ，创伤小，并发症少、术后恢复快，

| Abstract: | To evaluate the method of endovascular graft exclusion in the treatment of dissecting aortic aneurysms. Methods: Twenty-three patients with dissecting aortic aneurysms underwent the procedure of endovascular graft exclusion(EVGE). The tubular graft was inserted over the site of intimal tear via femoral artery. The stent extended and anchored the graft to the artery wall near the tear which was excluded from the blood flow, and the risk of rupture of the aneurysm was thus avoided. Results: Three cases of endoleaks occured. Tubular grafts were inserted to seal the endoleaks. Conclusions: The procedure of EVGE for the treatment of DAA has the advantages of being less traumatic and producing fewer complications. Quick recovery after the operation is to be expected. |
