过氧乙酸保质期时限的试验观察

摘    要:过氧乙酸属于不稳定性消毒剂,为了解过氧乙酸储存过程中含量下降规律,对二元包装和合成好的过氧乙酸储存稳定性进行了观察。结果,合成好的过氧乙酸在室温(18~22℃)下储存10d,两个批次含量由167.34g/L和202.11g/L下降至150.72g/L和187.01g/L,下降率分别为9.93%和7.47%;室温下储存30d,下降率分别为15.24%和12.8%。但同批样品在25℃恒温储存柜内存放10d,过氧乙酸下降率分别为11.07%和10.54%;储存30d,下降率分别为19.00%和19.43%。将含量为200.62g/L的过氧乙酸在室温下储存90d,其含量下降至155.73g/L。二元包装过氧乙酸在室温下自然存放2年,其合成后含量与存放前比较,平均下降率为1.28%。结论,合成好的过氧乙酸在18~22℃室温下储存比在25℃恒温柜内储存稳定期长;含量达到200g/L的过氧乙酸在室温下储存90d,其含量仍在155g/L以上,符合GB19104-2003规定;二元包装过氧乙酸可在室温下储存2年以上。

Abstract:Peracetic acid is an unstable disinfectant. In order to know the regularity of decrease in peracetic acid content during storage, the storing stability of synthesized peracetic acid and peracetic acid in binary packing was observed. Results: The contents of synthesized peracetic acid in 2 batches decreased from 167.34 g/L and 202.11 g/L to 150.72 g/L and 187.01 g/L, with reduction rates of 9.93% and 7.47% respectively, after storing at room temperature (18~22℃) for 10 days and the reduction rates were 15.24% and 12.8% respectively after storing at room temperature for 30 days. However, when the same batches were stored in 25℃ thermostatic storage chamber for 10 days, the reduction rate of peracetic acid was 11.07% and 10.54% respectively and the reduction rate was 19.00% and 19.43% after storing for 30 days. After 200.62 g/L peracetic acid was stored at room temperature for 90 days, its content decreased to 155.73 g/L. After storing the peracetic acid in binary packing at room temperature for 2 years, its content after synthesis decreased by 1.28% in average as compared with the content before storing. Conclusions: The stable period of synthesized peracetic acid stored at room temperature 18~22℃ was longer than that stored in 25℃ thermostatic chamber. The peracetic acid content of 200 g/L peracetic acid was still higher than 155 g/L after storing at room temperature for 90 days, which conforms to the standard specified in GB 19104-2003. Peracetic acid in binary packing can store at room temperature for longer than 2 years.
