| 摘 要： | 目的了解本地区急性细菌性痢疾患者的临床特征。方法对2003～2007年淮北市人民医院肠道门诊确诊的246例急性菌痢患者的临床资料进行回顾性调查和分析。结果患者的男女比例近1∶1,平均年龄25.5岁;≤10岁和21～40岁组患者分别占30.1%、32.9%,两组合计占63%（155/246）;6、7月份的患者分别占21.5%、28.5%,两组合计占50%（123/246）。结论本地区急性菌痢好发于儿童和青壮年、无性别差异,患者主要集中于6、7月份。

| Abstract: | Aim To investigate clinical features of patients with acute bacillary dysentery in Huaibei,Anhui.Methods Clinical data of patients with acute bacillary dysentery were investigated and analyzed,retrospectively.Results The sex preference was almost the same and the average age was(21.2 ± 22.4) years old.Patients under 10 and from 21 to 40 years old were 63% of the total.50% of patients developed such disease in June and July.Conclusion The youth and children were more susceptible to acute bacillary dysentery,especially in June and July,and the sex preference was not diffferent. |
