| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨食管癌患者的家庭支持对围术期治疗依从性的影响.方法 采用问卷调查的方式,对72例原发性食管癌患者分别进行家庭支持状况和围术期治疗依从性的调查,并进行相关性分析.结果 食管癌手术患者家庭支持状况良好,处于中度至高度家庭支持水平;食管癌患者家庭支持情况与围术期治疗依从性成正相关关系(P<0.05).结论 家庭支持的状况影响食管癌患者围术期治疗依从性,医护人员应重视对原发性食管癌手术患者家属的教育,为患者提供高水平的家庭支持,以提高其围术期治疗的依从性.
