单向冲洗式气囊导尿管的临床应用

目的：观察单向冲洗式气囊导尿管在预防留置尿管伴随性尿路感染的临床效果。方法：随机将结直肠癌患者分三组，实验组24例用单向冲洗式气囊导尿管，呋喃西林500m1持续膀胱冲洗；对照组共47例，用普通双腔气囊导尿管，其中一组24例不进行膀胱冲洗，二组23例使用常规膀胱冲洗。三组患者均在拔管前进行尿液、尿管细菌培养，并观察拔管后尿路刺激症。结果：实验组拔管前尿液、拔除的导尿管细菌培养阳性率、尿路刺激症发生率均低于不冲洗组和常规冲洗组，有统计学意义。结论：使用单向冲洗式气囊导尿管进行小量持续膀胱冲洗可降低结直肠癌术后留置尿管伴随性尿路感染发生率。

The Clinical Usage of the Air-Bulb Urinary Catheter for One-Way Washing

Objective:To observe the clinical effects in preventing infection of urinary tract by using the air bulb urinary catheter retained for one way washing after colonrectal carcinoma surgery.Methods:All cases were divided into three groups at random.The air bulb urinary catheter for one way washing with 500ml Furacillin was used in 24 cases as experimental group.Ordinary air bulb urinary catheter with two cavities was used in 47 cases.24 cases without bladder washing were served as the first control group,and 23 cases with routine continuous bladder washing as the second control group.Urinary and catheter bacteria cultures before catheter withdraw and observation of urinary tract stimulation after catheter withdraw were performed in all the three groups.Results: There were statistical significant differences in the positive rates of bacteria cultures from urine before catheter withdraw and from catheter after withdraw,in the incidence of urinary tract stimulation between experimental and control groups.Conclusion: The air bulb urinary catheter for one way washing with low flowing can reduce the infective rate of retained urinary catheter in the patients undergone colonrectal carcinoma surgery.
