摘    要:目的:探索微量元素与儿童健康的关系。方法:用中性洗洁精洗发,硝酸-过氧化氢体系消化,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定1~6岁儿童发样中铁锌的含量。结果:铁、锌平均回收率分别为97.8%和97.0%。结论:本法灵敏度高,操作简便。

Abstract:Objective:Flame atomic abscrption spectrometry method has been applied to the determination of trace amounts of iron and zinc in children's hair.Effects of some factors on relation of trace elements and children health were investigated.Methods:The hair samples were cleaned with neutral lotion and dissolved with nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide.The contenes of iron and zinc were determined in hair between 1 year old and 6 years old.Results:The average recovery rate of iron and zinc was 97.8% and 97.0%.Conclusion:The method is sentitive and simple.
