桂西绿茶中微量元素的研究

摘    要:经对桂西4种名绿茶中Mn、Zn、Cu等微量元素的测定,发现其中的Mn平均含量高达8335μg/g,Zn含量26μg/g,Cu含量27μg/g。从微量元素含量来看,桂西绿茶虽比不上西湖龙井(但Cu含量比西湖龙井高)、庐山云雾茶,却优于英德绿茶、南京雨花茶等。对其微量元素的防癌抗癌、消炎解毒等作用的机理,进行了初步探讨。

Abstract:Manganese, Zinc and Copper in four kinds of famous green tea in northern Guangxi were determined. The results showed that the average contents of Manganese, Zinc and Copper were 833.5 μg/g, 26μg/g and 27μg/g, respectively. As for the contents of trace elements, the green tea in northern Guangxi is inferior to Longjing Tea of Xihu and Yunwu Tea of Lushan but superior to Green Tea of Yingde and Yuhua Tea of Nanjing. The effects of anticancer, relieving inflammation and detoxicating are discussed.
