多层螺旋CT三维重建在脊柱骨折中的应用研究

摘    要:目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)三维重建诊断脊柱骨折的应用价值。方法对200例脊柱创伤患者进行螺旋CT容积扫描,将原始图像进行软组织算法及骨算法薄层重建,然后将薄层重建图像导入Syngo3D软件工作站,进行MPR,MIP,SSD和VR成像。结果多层螺旋CT三维重建清晰直观显示了脊柱骨折的部位、类型、脱位、稳定性情况及三维空间关系;对内固定术后脊柱,能清楚显示内固定物与周围组织的关系及固定物立体形态。结论MSCT三维重建成像可全面、清楚、直观、立体、多方位地观察骨折伞貌及术后改变,为临床选择治疗方案、制定手术路径及随访提供可靠依据。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the application of multisliee spiral computed tomography(MSCT) with three dimensional(3D) reconstruction techniques in the evaluation of spine fractures. Methods Two hundred patients with clinically suspected spine fracture underwent MSCT scans and additional 3D reconstruction by using soft-tissue cutting algorithm and bone algorithm. The source images were transferred into Syngo 3D software workstation and reconstructed by MPR, MIP, SSD, and VR. Results MSCT with 3D reconstruction which comprised MPR, MIP, SSD, and VR clearly and directly showed the site, type, dislocation degree, stability, and 3D spatial relation of the spine fractures, after inner fixation, also clearly showed the relation between inner fixtures and surrounding tissue as well as the stereoscopic shape of the fixtures. Conclusion MSCT with 3D reconstruction can completely, clearly, directly, stereoscopically and polydirectionally show the details of spine fractures and their postoperative changes so that can provide the reliable evidence for selecting the treatment protocol and for deterimining the operation pathway.
