肺囊性包虫病的B超图像分析

目的： 探讨不同阶段肺囊性包虫病 （简称肺包虫） 的声像表现及变化规律。方法： 回顾性分析经Ｂ 超诊断并经手术病理证实的 ９６ 例共 １０４ 个肺包虫病例。结果： １． 生存期包虫与衰亡期包虫各具影像特征, 本组Ｂ 超的分期诊断正确率 ９４．２３％ 。２． 生存期肺包虫８７ 个 （８３．６５％ ）, 其中９３．１０％ 的包虫合并支气管瘘。衰亡期包虫１７ 个（１６．３５％ ）, 全部存在支气管瘘。结论： １．Ｂ 超对肺包虫病的诊断及分期有很大的实用价值。２． 肺包虫遵循从生长到衰亡的自然发展规律, 形成支气管瘘是肺包虫衰亡的重要过程, 在这一过程中人体免疫可能起着重要作用。

Ultrasonographic Analysis of the Development Stages of Pulmonary Hydatid Cyst

Objective:To evaluate the sonograms and the natural rule of the pulmonary hydatid cysts in different developing stages.Methods:104 pulmonary hydatid cysts from 96 patients diagnosed by sonography and comfirmed by operation and pathology were retrospectively studdied.Results:Pulmonary hydatid cyst in different stages showed different image characteristics.The correct stage diagnostic rate was 94 23%.87(83 65%) pulmonary hydatid cysts were in live stage and 93 10% complicated with cyst bronchial fistula formation.17(16 35%) were in dead stage with fistulas being formed.Conclusion:The diagnosis in different stages of pulmonary hydatid cysts is practical by ultrasonography.The cyst has its own natural birth death rule.The formation of broncho fistula is the stage of terminal dying,in which human immunity function plays the important role.
