| 摘 要： | 对50只失血性休克兔的肾上腺、胸腺、脾脏及肠系膜淋巴结的形态变化作了观察,结果发现肾上腺皮髓质均有明显的排空现象,胸腺、脾脏及淋巴结呈急性萎缩性变化,致免疫功能呈全面降低,对休克的发展具有重要影响。

| Abstract: | The morphological changes in the adrenal glands, thymus,spleen and intestines mesenterial lymphonodi of 50 hematogenic shock rabbits were observed. It was found that there were obvious drain phenomena in the cotex and medulla of adrenal gland,and acute atrophy in the thymus,spleen and lymphonodi which resulted in overall decrease of immunological function and produced important effect on shock development. |
