狗鼻粘膜血管α肾上腺素受体亚型分析

摘    要:采用离体标本收缩功能实验方法显示,狗鼻粘膜血管上的α肾上腺素受体(α受体)主要为α_1受体,包含α_(1A)与α_(1B)两种亚型。以去甲肾上腺素为标准,比较了10种临床上作为抗鼻粘膜充血药物的α受体激动剂对鼻粘膜血管α_1受体的内在活性与相对效率,并比较了去甲肾上腺素与苯肾上腺素对α_(1A)与α_(1B)受体的强度、亲和性与受体储备。

Abstract:The subtypes of alpha-adrenoceptos in blood vessels of canine nasal mucosa were determined bycontractile functional experiments in isolated preparations. The results showed there exist predominantlyalpha 1-adrenoceptors, which could be divided further into two subtypes--alpha 1A-and alpha 1B-adrenoceptor. The intrinsic activities and relative efficacies of 10 alpha-adrenoceptor agonists which areused clinically as nasal mucosa congestants were determined and compared with norepinephrine (NE).The potencies, affinities and receptor reserves for NE and phenylephrine were also compared betweenalpha 1A-and alpha 1B-adrenoceptors.
