摘    要:目的:探讨三阴性乳腺癌的X线特征。方法:收集经手术病理证实为乳腺癌的202例患者资料,根据雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)和人表皮生长因子受体(HER-2)表达情况将其分为三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)与非三阴性乳腺癌(NTNBC),比较两组病例腺体分型、病灶是否单发、肿块情况及有无钙化。结果:202例乳腺癌TNBC有34例,NTNBC有168例。两组病例肿块边缘及有无钙化差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。腺体分型、是否单发、肿块的大小、肿块的形态、肿块的密度差异无统计学意义。结论:TNBC有一定特征,大多为单发肿块,与NTNBC相比肿块边缘更易表现为清晰光滑,钙化相对少见的征象。

Abstract:To analyze the X - ray findings of triple negative breast cancer. Methods:The results of 202 cases of breast cancer identified by postoperative pathology were collected,which distinguished to triple negative breast cancer(TNBC)and non - triple negative breast cancer(NTNBC)by immunohistochemologic receptor status of estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR)and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER - 2). The re-sults of mammary gland type,mass's number,margin and calcification on mammograms were compared. Results:Of 202 cases breast cancer included 34 cases TNBC and 168 cases NTNBC,the differences between mass margins and calcification incidence were statistically significant(P ﹤ 0. 05),and there were no statistically significant differences among mass's number,size,shape,density and mammary gland type(P ﹥ 0. 05). Conclusion:TNBC shows merely a mass with indistinct margins and less calcifications than NTNBC.
