摘    要:放射性食管炎是胸部肿瘤患者放射治疗的主要不良反应之一,亦是影响放射治疗疗效的主要剂量限制性因素。积极探索放射性食管炎的相关预测因素,甄别出放射性食管炎的高危人群,从而提高放射性食管炎的防治水平,是提高胸部肿瘤放射治疗疗效、降低不良反应的有效策略。已有的研究证实,放射性食管炎的发生及严重程度,与患者的某些临床病理学和放疗剂量学参数以及基因单核苷酸多态性等因素存在密切相关性,而某些药物或生物制剂可以发挥防治放射性食管炎或减轻放射性食管炎严重程度的作用。本文主要就与放射性食管炎相关的临床病理学和放疗剂量学参数、单核苷酸多态性以及防治放射性食管炎的药物或生物制剂的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:Radiation esophagitis is one of the main side effects of radiotherapy in patients with thoracic tumor, also a major dose - limiting factor affecting the efficacy of radiation therapy. Exploring actively relevant predictive markers of radiation esophagitis, screening out the high - risk groups of radiation esophagitis and enhancing the level of preven- tion and treatment of radiation esophagitis are effective strategies of improving radiotherapeutic efficacy of thoracic ne- oplasms and reducing side effects. Previous studies have confirmed that the occurrence and severity of radiation esoph- agitis is associated with some clinical pathological characteristics and radiodosimetry parameters as well as single nu- cleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), while certain drugs or biological agents may play an important role in preventing and treating radiation esophagitis or alleviating the severity of it. This review mainly discussed the research progress con- cerning the clinical pathological characteristics, radiodosimetry parameters and SNPs,which were associated with radi- ation esophagitis. At the same time, the drugs and biological agents of preventing and treating radiation esophagitis were reviewed.
