血清 CEA、CA125联合检测在 IV 期肺腺癌患者中的临床意义

目的：探讨血清 CEA 及 CA125水平在Ⅳ期肺腺癌患者中的临床意义。方法：收集哈尔滨医科大学附属第三医院2007年-2012年间经临床病理和影像学证实的Ⅳ期肺腺癌患者96例，定期对其进行血清CEA、CA125水平检测，了解血清 CEA、CA125水平与患者预后的关系。结果：96例肺腺癌患者中血清 CEA、CA125的总阳性率分别为55.21%、43.75%，两者联合检测的阳性率为68.75%。其中，远处转移部位数目﹥2个的患者血清 CEA 及 CA125阳性率均高于转移部位数目≤2个的患者，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.01，P ﹤0.05）。有胸膜转移的患者血清 CEA、CA125阳性率均高于无胸膜转移的患者，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05， P ﹤0.01）。结论：血清 CEA 和 CA125联合检测在晚期肺腺癌患者中有较高的阳性率，且其血清水平与肿瘤浸润程度和有无胸膜转移相关。

Clinical significance of serum CEA,CA125 in patients with lung adenocarcinoma of stage IV

To discuss the clinical value of serum CEA,CA125 levels in patients with lung adenocarci-noma of stage Ⅳ. Methods：All 96 patients with lung adenocarcinoma of stage Ⅳ confirmed by clinical pathology in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University between 2007 and 2012 were collected and reviewed. Their serum CEA,CA125 was regularly detected and the relationship of serum CEA,CA125 levels and prognosis were ana-lyzed. Results：The total positive rates of serum CEA,CA125 in 96 patients with lung adenocarcinoma were 55. 21% , 43. 75% ,and the positive rate of the combined detection of both was 68. 75% . The positive rate of serum CEA and CA125 in patients with the number of distant metastatic sites more than two were higher than in patients with the num-ber of distant metastatic sites less than two（P ﹤ 0. 01,P ﹤ 0. 05）. The positive rate of serum CEA and CA125 in pa-tients with pleural metastasis were higher than in patients without pleural metastasis（P ﹤ 0. 05,P ﹤ 0. 01）. Conclu-sion：Serum CEA and CA125 in patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma have a higher positive rate,and their ser-um levels are related to the degree of tumor infiltration and the presence or absence of pleural metastasis.
