| 摘 要： | 证候动物模型的制作是证候研究的焦点。认为证候动物模型的构建方法应从临床实践出发,体现证候的"核心",有选择的引进疾病模型,要避免断章取义、生搬硬套。证候动物模型的评价体系要以证候的"主症"为核心,并适当引入具有明确意义的生物学指标作为评价标准,不应苛求在实验动物上完全模拟中医四诊信息。
