正常人左室功能的实时三平面超声心动图评价

摘    要:目的 探讨实时三平面超声心动图(RT-3PE)测量正常人左室功能的准确性与可行性。方法 应用RT-3PE测量36例正常人的左室每搏量(LVSV),并分别与M型Teiehholz法、二维超声心动图Simpson法、多普勒主动脉瓣环血流量法所测的LVSV进行比较。结果 RT-3PE与M型Teichholz法、二维超声心动图Simpson法、多普勒主动脉瓣环血流量法所测的LVSV不仅具有较好的相关性(r=0.774,0.932,0.786,P〈0.01),并且上述4种方法所测LVSV之间无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论 实时三平面超声心动图能够准确地测量左室每搏量,为临床上快速、简便地评价左室功能提供了一种新方法。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the accuracy and feasibility of real-time tri-plane echocardiography(RT-3PE) in measurement of left ventricular function.Methods Left ventricular stroke volume (LVSV) in 36 healthy volunteers were measured by RT-3PE, M-mode Teichholz, two-dimensional echocardiography (2DE) simpson method and the product of aortic flow Doppler spectrum integral and aortic valvular area. Left ventricular stroke volume measured by RT-3PE was compared with every measurement of three traditional methods.Results These results from RT-3PE had good correlation with M-mode, 2DE and Doppler methods (r=0.765,0.890,0.804,P<0.01).Furthermore,there was no statistically significant difference among RT-3PE and three traditional methods for LVSV.Conclusion RT-3PE can accurately estimate LVSV and provide a new way for rapid, simple evaluation of left ventricular function in clinical study.
