| 摘 要： | 胰岛素样生长因子-1受体是具有促进细胞增殖、分化等多种生物活性的生长因子。研究表明其参与多种恶性肿瘤的发生、发展过程,与癌基因及其他细胞因子相互作用促进肿瘤的发生,而且在基因的靶向治疗中也显示出优越性。胰岛素样生长因子-1受体与肿瘤的关系具有广阔的研究空间。

| Abstract: | Isulin-like growth factor 1 receptor(IGF-1R)is one of growth factors with multiple bioactivities that can stimulates proliferation,survival and diferentiation of many types of cells.Many researches demonstrated that IGF-1R interacts with oncogenes and other cytokines and participates in occurrence and development of many kinds of maglignant tumors.It showed superiority in genes targeting therapy in recent years and has large space of research on relationship between IGFG-IR and tumor. |
