神香苏合丸对狗在位心脏冠脉流量及心肌耗氧的影响

目的：观察神香苏合丸对狗冠脉流量及心肌耗氧的影响。方法：采用在位心脏冠测流量法,狗１６只,分３组,麻醉后行气管插管,行冠状静脉窦插管测定血流量,并计算每１００ｇ心肌血流量。根据动脉及冠状静脉窦血氧差计算心肌耗氧量及心肌氧提取率。然后分别给予生理盐水２ｍｇ／ｋｇ,为阴性对照组;麝香保心丸５４ｍｇ／ｋｇ（相当于推荐人用量２．７ｍｇ／ｋｇ的２０倍）,为阳性对照组;神香苏合丸５６０ｍｇ／ｋｇ（相当于推荐人

Effects of Shenxiang Suhe pill on the flow of coronaria arteria and the consumption of myocardial oxygen in situ dogs

OBJECTIVETo investigate theeffects of Shenxiang Shuhe pill on the flow of coronaria arteria(FAC) and the consumptionof myocardial oxigen(CMO ) in dogs.METHOD16 dogs were devided randomlyto 3 groups,i.e. norm al saline(NS) control,Shexiang Baoxin pill control and ShenxiangSuhe pill group .The drugs were administrated orally.The FAC and CMO were determinatedwith in s itu dogs.RESULTSShenxiang Suhe pill group which administrated20 ti mes that of recommened dose for human beings increased the flow of coronaria arteria significantly(P＜0.05),whichwas similar to that of Shexiang Ba oxin pill group,but had no effect on the consumption ofmyocardial oxygen. CONCLUSIONShenxiang Suhe pill is effetive in theanti-myocardial ischemic.
