| 摘 要： | 目的:观察胃肠舒治疗胃轻瘫综合征的临床疗效.方法:将观察病例随机分为两组,治疗组口服胃肠舒每次3片,每日3次;对照组口服多潘立酮每次15 mg,每日3次.结果:胃肠舒对胃轻瘫综合征的临床治愈率和总有效率均显著高于多潘立酮组(P<0.05,P<0.01),且无明显毒副作用.结论:胃肠舒是理想的纯中药制剂的胃肠动力药.

CLINICAL STUDY ON WEICHANGSHU TREATING GASTROPARESIS SYNDROME |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Weichangshu on gastroparesis syndrome . Methods : The patients with gastroparesis syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with Weichangshu and the coutrol one with domperidone . Results:The effective rate and curative rate of the treatmeat group were higher than those of the control one ( P<0.05,P<0.01 ),and Weichangshu had no obvious side effects.Conclusion:Weichangshu is an effective herbal preparation to promote gastrointestinal movement. |
