| 摘 要： | 目的：评价计算机辅助细胞检测系统（CCT）配合阴道镜检查对子宫颈病变的诊断价值。方法：对306例妇科门诊病人的子宫颈涂片采用CCT检测做出诊断，阳性病例中活检44例（其中在阴道镜下取活检28例）。结果：CCT检查细胞学正常250例，细胞形态异常56例，异常检出率18．30％，CCT与病理检查的符合率为87．18％。结论：CCT异常者配合阴道镜下取活检对子宫颈病变具有很高的临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To assess the value of computer-assisted cytological test(CCT) with colposcopy for the diagnosis of early cervical diseases.Methods:306 cases of cervical smears from gynecological out-patients were measured by CCT.Cervical biopsies were taken in 44 cases with abnormal findings(28 biopsies were taken under the guidance of colposcopy).Results:250 cases were normal in cytology by CCT; 56 cases were abnormal, the rate was 18.30%. The accordant rate between CCT and pathological diagnosis was 87.18%.Conclusion:Positive cases of CCT must be examined by colposcopy and pathological biopsy, it has great practical value. |
