| 摘 要： | 嵌合抗原受体T细胞（CART）免疫疗法近年来发展迅速，但在以胶质母细胞瘤（GBM）为代表的实体瘤治疗中没有达到理想的效果。该文简要回顾了GBM的治疗现状、CART的治疗原理及有效靶点，并分析其疗效不显著的各种原因，总结目前有希望的改进策略。

| Abstract: | Chimeric antigen receptor T-cell immunotherapy has developed rapidly in recent years, but it has not achieved ideal results in the treatment of solid tumors represented by glioblastoma. This paper briefly reviews the current situation of the treatment of glioblastoma, introduces the therapeutic principle and effective target of chimeric antigen receptor T cells, analyzes the reasons why the curative effect is not significant, and summarizes the promising improvement strategies at present. |
