| 摘 要： | 植体周炎直接影响种植治疗的长期成功。种植修复体的穿龈部分材料、形态和基台-种植体适合性，龈上修复体的外形和清洁通道的设计以及修复体固位方式等均可能影响种植体周围的菌斑控制，从而影响植体周炎的发生。通过合适的上部修复设计可减少或预防植体周炎的发生。 |

| Abstract: | Peri-implantitis significantly decrease hinders the long-term success of implant therapy. Several factors, such as the material and profile of the prosthesis transmucosal area, the fit of implant-abutment interface, the configuration and hygiene access design of the prosthesis, and the way of restoration retention, may obstruct plaque control around the implant and increase the risks of peri-implantitis. Therefore, proper prosthetic design may reduce or prevent the prevalence of peri-implantitis. |
