跗骨窦小切口联合“h”形 钢板MIPPO固定治疗Sanders III-IV型跟骨关节内骨折的疗效分析

目的 探讨跗骨窦小切口联合“h”形钢板MIPPO固定治疗SandersIII-IV型跟骨关节内骨折的临床疗效。 方法 回顾性分析2018年1月1日至2018年12月31日通过跗骨窦小切口联合“h”形钢板MIPPO固定技术治疗的32例SandersIII-IV型跟骨关节内骨折患者的临床资料。男性22例,女性10例;年龄39.29±9.75岁;体质量69.00±5.18kg;致伤原因：高处坠落26例,交通事故伤6例;SandersIII型21例,Sanders IV型11例。比较术前、术后即刻及随访1年三者间的B?hler角及Gissane角,应用Maryland足功能评分评价功能。 结果 所有患者均于术后3-5天完成手术,未见软组织并发症。所有患者术后即刻及随访1年的B?hler角及Gissane角均较术前明显改善,术后1年Maryland足功能评分为78.69±6.19。 结论 跗骨窦小切口联合“h”形钢板MIPPO固定是治疗Sanders III-IV型跟骨关节内骨折的有效办法

Effectiveness of operation through MIPPO technique using small tarsal sinus incision combined with "h" shaped plate for Sanders III-IV intra-articular calcaneal fracture

Objective: To analyze the effectiveness of operation through MIPPO technique using small tarsal sinus incision combined with "h" shaped plate for Sanders III-IV intra-articular calcaneal fracture. Method: There is an overview on 32 patients who had Sanders III-IV intra-articular calcaneal fracture got operation through MIPPO technique using small tarsal sinus incision combined with "h" shaped plate from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018. There were 22 males and 10 females, with the age of 39.29±9.75 years, with the weight of 69.00±5.18kg. 26 patients got injured because of falling and 6 because of traffic accident. There were 21 cases of Sanders III and 11 of Sanders IV. The B?hler angle and Gissane angle among pre-operation, post-operation and follow-up were compared. Maryland score was used to evaluate foot function. Result: All the patients had got the operation within 3-5 days after they got injured. There was no complication of tissue appeared. All the B?hler angle and Gissane angle in post-operation and follow-up groups were better than those in pre-operation group, and the Maryland score in follow-up group was 78.69±6.19. Conclusion: Operation through MIPPO technique using small tarsal sinus incision combined with "h" shaped plate is a good surgical program for Sanders III-IV intra-articular calcaneal fracture.
