摘    要:目的 通过改进排班模式,提升专科护理服务水平.方法 采用白班责任护士4周内相对固定的排班方式.比较改进后(2009年3-8月)和改进前(2008年同期)出院病人护理服务满意度情况、交接班时间、病人享有责任护士护理时数.结果改进前后相比,在护士服务主动性、态度语言以及专科宣教3方面病人满意度提高,交接班时间缩短、病人享有责任护士护理时间延长,差异有统计学意义.结论 改进后的排班模式充分有效的利用了有限的人力资源,并且提高了病人护理服务满意度以及专科护理服务水平.

Abstract:Objective To promote specialized nursing service level by improving scheduling model. Methods Used the relatively fixed scheduling model for work days primary nurses in four weeks. Before and after improving scheduling model,discharged patients' degree of satisfaction were compared,hand-over time and the nursing hours were compared simultaneously. Results After improving scheduling model, Patients' satisfaction degree improved in term of nurse specialist propaganda and education, service activeness and attitude towards language, hand-over time was decreased, the nurse service time was extended. There was significant difference in all of three terms. Conclusions The limited human resource was used effectively after improving scheduling model, the satisfaction degree of patients and the specialized nursing service level had correlative improvement at the same time.
