宫颈癌超声造影表现及其临床意义

目的探讨宫颈癌的超声造影表现及其临床意义。方法对25例宫颈癌患者进行超声造影检查,观察其超声造影表现及周围组织病变浸润情况。结果25例宫颈癌均经病理证实。超声造影确诊浸润癌21例,其中准确判定有无邻近组织侵犯18例。4例镜下早期浸润癌未能检出。宫颈浸润癌超声造影表现为动脉期病灶区灌注早于子宫肌层呈均匀或不均匀高增强,后期周边部呈稍高增强而内部呈低增强,可显示病灶范围及周围组织浸润情况。结论超声造影有助于宫颈癌的诊断及病变浸润范围的评价,可为临床分期及制定治疗方案提供有用信息。

Contrast-enhanced ultrasonographic findings of cervical cancer

Objective To evaluate the contrast-enhanced ultrasonographic findings of cervical cancer and its clinical significance.Methods Twenty-five cases of cervical cancer underwent CEUS with SonoVue.The sonographic characteristics of the lesion and the adjacent tissue involved were observed.Results All the 25 cases were confirmed to be cervical cancer by histological examination,among which 21 were correctly diagnosed by CEUS.Four preinvasive cases were failed to be detected.Furthermore,CEUS demonstrated 18 cases with adjacent tissue involved.After agent administration,the enhancement of invasive carcinoma was homogeneous or heterogeneous in the artery phase earlier than the myometrium with peripheral enhancement in late phase,The extension and borderline could be determined clearly.Conclusions CEUS is valuable for the diagnosis of invasive cervical cancer and the estimation of lesion extention,thus may provide useful evidence for clinical neoplasm staging and treatment of this disease.
