| 摘 要： | 冠状动脉支架置入术是治疗冠心病的一种安全、有效的方法。药物涂层支架的应用显著降低了支架内再狭窄的发生。作者简要介绍了冠状动脉支架置入术后长期随访的主要结果及其意义,并对其未来发展进行展望。

| Abstract: | Intracoronary stent implantation is a safe and effective treatment for coronary artery disease.In-stent restenosis has been significantly reduced by utilization of drug eluting stents.This article reviews the results of long-term follow-up after intracoronary stent implantation and their implication. |
