| Abstract: | Abstract:IL-2 activities in 22 cases of acute leukemia during the early stage, 8 cases of completeremission (CR), 6 cases of relapse and 21 normal controls were assayed by seing MTTmethod. Results Showed that IL-2 activites in the early stage significantly lower than in thenormal controls (P<0. 01), in CR stage activieies were moresed (P<0.01 ), but still lowerthan control' s. In relapse stage activity of IL-2 lower than CR stage (P<0.05). There datasuggested that the patients with acute leukemia had disorder of in immune function andchange with different rtage of the disease |
