超敏C反应蛋白和纤维蛋白原与糖尿病足感染患者的关系研究

目的：探讨血清超敏C反应蛋白（Hs-CRP）及纤维蛋白原（FIB）在糖尿病足感染患者（DFI）中的变化及临床意义。方法：分别测定42例糖尿病足患者和50例健康对照组人员空腹血糖（FPG）、Hs-CRP和FIB。结果：糖尿病足感染患者FPG为（12.32±5.69）mmol/L,显著高于对照组的（4.65±1.51）mmol/L（P〈0.01）;Hs-CRP为（5.24±4.64）mg/L,显著高于对照组的（1.45±1.96）mg/L（P〈0.01）;FIB为（4.24±1.01）g/L,显著高于对照组的（2.90±0.80）g/L（P〈0.01）。结论：糖尿病足感染患者Hs-CRP和FIB的升高与糖尿病足密切相关。Hs-CRP和FIB可作为糖尿病足感染患者诊断及其转归的敏感指标,对于临床症状非典型患者更有临床意义。

Study of relations between high sensitive C-reactive protein and fibrinogen in patients with diabetic foot infection

Objective： To investigate the change of high sensitive C-reactive protein（Hs-CRP） and Fibrinogen（FIB） in the patients with diabetic foot infection and its clinical significance.Methods： The FPG,Hs-CRP and FIB levels of patients with diabetic foot infection and healthy people were detected respectively.Results： FPG,Hs-CRP and FIB in diabetic foot group （12.32±5.69） mmol/L,（5.24±4.64） mg/L,（4.24±1.01） g/L] were higher than that of healthy people （4.65±1.51） mmol/L,（1.45±1.96） mg/L,（2.90±0.80） g/L]（P0.01）.Conclusion： The increase of Hs-CRP and FIB in diabetic foot group may be closely related to the development of diabetic foot infection.Hs-CRP and FIB can be as the sensitive index to diagnose DFI and its outcome.It is more significant in the patients with atypical clinical symptom.
