888例阑尾炎和891例正常分娩住院费用剖析

本研究的目的是揭示正常分娩与阑尾炎住院费用构成因素及影响因素的作用强度，定量描述各影响因素的作用强度大小，为卫生决策提供参考。通过对病例样本的统计分析，拟合出的住院费用各影响因素的多元回归直线方程，从数量上说明了各影响因素对住院费用的贡献率。因此，要控制医疗费用的过快增长，控制药品费比重的增长，必须合理调整、并严格执行住院的各项收费标准，改革医疗保健制度，加强医务人员的职业道德教育。

Analysis of hospitalization expenses of 888 patients with appendicitis and 891 women with normal parturition

The objective of the study is to reveal hospitalization expenses structure of women with normal parturition and patients with appendicitis and influential factors, to describe the acting intensity of each influential factor quantitatively, to present references for making decisions. Methods: By analyzing the sample from patients, a plural linear regressive equation of influential factors on hospitalization expenses was drafted, which could be used to explain quantitatively contributive rate of each influential factor to hospitalization expenses. Results: To control soaring medical expenses and the ratio of medicine expenses, charging criteria of hospitalization must be adjusted reasonably and executed strictly. Health care system should be reformed and ethical education of medical personnel should be enhanced.
