| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清甲胎蛋白、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1及高尔基体膜蛋白-73在肝细胞肝癌(HCC)中的诊断价值。方法住院患者221例中原发性肝癌44例,其他肝恶性肿瘤14例,肝良性疾病74例,非肝脏疾病49例及健康献血者40例,用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定各组血清中高尔基体膜蛋白-73及可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1,用荧光ELISA测定各组血清中甲胎蛋白含量。结果甲胎蛋白、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1及高尔基体膜蛋白-73联合检测可使原发性肝癌的检出敏感性和特异性分别达86%和93%,高于其中任一单项检测,可明显提高HCC患者的阳性率。结论 3项联合检测对诊断HCC具有重要临床价值。
